A New Landmark in Salem
Meyyanur Main Road in Salem saw the birth of a new landmark on the 16th of October. It was the opening of the biggest showroom in Salem. A sprawling 6200sq.ft space in one stretch was an impressive sight to behold. The showroom was inaugurated by Mrs. & Mr. Sudarsanam, Chairman of AVR Swarnamahal Jewelry Pvt. Ltd.
Kudos to the project team who completed this showroom in a record time of 18 days! The showroom follows the trend set by the Poonamalle showroom. Viveks can proudly boast of going Green. The entire building has been built based on the Green Building concept. This is a humble attempt to do our bit to reduce the Carbon footprint that we cause. The interiors here also boast of Spider Fitting Glass Work. The Air Conditioning here is fitted with Variable Refrigerant Flow a latest technology to ensure reduced energy consumption. To add to the cooling effect thermal insulation has been installed. LED lights light up this showroom enabling a greater conservation.
The look and feel of this showroom has surpassed all expectations. A singular space without any partitions or floors adds to the luxurious feel of the showroom.

DIWALI SPECIAL EXPO @ CHENNAI TRADE CENTRE
It was time to expand our catchment area and bring in new customers to Viveks; so we decided to participate in the exhibition conducted by Prompt Builders from the 22nd of October to the 25th of October. We played the pivotal role in the exhibition by taking up 1/3rd of the space. The exhibitor took of 2/3rd of the space and they put up a wide range of stalls from dresses to furniture to eatables.
This brought in non – Viveks customers too and increased our customer base. Though rain played spoilsport for two days the weekend caught on and many customers walked in to do their Diwali shopping. The lay out was unique and the products were displayed according to brand and range. There were 120+ products in each range especially Air Conditioners, Washing Machines and Refrigerators.

Nakshatra Showroom Award - Viveks
Fire in the Belly – Well that is what Mr. Antony Dass Assistant Branch Manager and Mr. Syed Safi (Assistant Branch Manager) of Jainsons Peramanur experienced when they attended the Annual Business Meet. A simple line up of all the showrooms that had won the Nakshatra Showroom Award till then,created a fire in them to win it for their branch. They make a promise to themself that they would be winners the next time.This self-made promise was shared with the team and the fire was transferred to them.
A determined team then worked hard to make this a reality. They decided to leave no stone unturned. Each and every customer who walked in to the store did not leave empty handed. Be it a service issue or a sale it was concluded to the satisfaction of the customer. This attempt at ensuing customer satisfaction resulted in them winning the award. They claim that this would not have been possible but for the support and encouragement they received from Mr. Murali (DGM – Operations, Rotn)
Mr. B. A. Srinivasa’s (CEO) presenting the award was the crowning glory for this team. It was a pleasant coincidence that they won the award during the Opening of the New Viveks Showroom in Salem. This further added to their moment of happiness. The team had a sumptuous lunch together
and the employees were given a shirt as a token of appreciation for the effort that they have put in for this moment of glory.
