There is a famous saying, “If you want something really hard, then the universe will conspire to give it to you”.
This is what the winners of September month’s Nakshatra Award believed in. After being the very first team to win this award they were determined to repeat the feat. Yet again they believed in hard work to get what they wanted. The team’s main strategy was to Under Promise and Over Deliver with every customer they interacted with. It did not matter to them if they customer was a buying customer or a browsing customer. They viewed every customer as a potential customer and as a walking advertisement for them. Word of mouth reviews were their way of getting new customers. The entire team was ecstatic about getting the award and they are now vying for an encore.Mr. S. Pashupathy D.G.M Human Resources presented the trophy and a cash award of Rs. 10,000.The team had shared the prize money in the way of gifting everyone with watches and having a sumptuous lunch together.
